Kituski Geigeki is a mystical investigator and amateur architect serving the Dragon Clan. He is a firm believer in logic and certainty. He has a tendency to say what he thinks. Though he is also more than happy to let someone else make the argument.
Background
A few Kitsuki in every generation are born with the talent to speak with the Kami. Kitsuki Geigeki is one such individual. He has never had a very strong connection to the kami but it has been strong enough for a basic understanding of the spirits.
