Tall and thin, with long arms, large hands, a shaved head, and a long mustache, Mirumoto Kissaki is a man with deep-set wrinkles and a sharp scar across his eye. A returned spirit, originally from the Dawn of the Empire period of Rokugan, he was a student of Mirumoto Hojatsu and fell in the year 42 while defending the Hantei from an oni; completing his destiny, he was sent to Yomi for his eternal reward. When Toturi I came to the spirit realms asking for soldiers to fight the Shadow, Kissaki immediately volunteered.
He is currently the Mirumoto Family Daimyo (appointed after M. Takejiro died), the head sensei in the Iron Mountain dojo and the Hojatsu's Legacy Dojo, a student of the Swordmaster advanced school, and an assistant sensei in the Imperial Dojo. He is happily married with 6 children (5 are adopted), with twins on the way.
He is now busy guiding the Dragon Clan through difficult times, and teaching the most prominent young students of the Dragon the art of the duel.
