Seppun Haronobu, Imperial General:

Haronobu rose through the ranks from a relatively low birth to take command of the First Imperial Legion two years ago.

He is probably the foremost strategist in the Empire, keeping his attention on the bigger picture of keeping peace in the Empire and defending Imperial holdings from military threats.

His prowess as a personal combatant is somewhat less impressive, and he is awkward at best in court situations, but he is both completely loyal to the Emperor and extremely adaptable in the field. As honorable as he is, Haronobu does tend toward the practical when it comes to the Legions’ duties, and he has made several political enemies by promoting based on competence rather than connections.

As overall commander of the Imperial Legions now, Haronobu is focused on maintaining the security of the Empire. His strongest support is among the Lion and Crab.

His symbol on the Regency Council is the Botan, the peony that represents bravery.
