Shiba Umeko, Champion of the Phoenix:
Umeko lost her family at a young age to a group of marauding bandits on the borders of the Phoenix lands. She was found and adopted by the Phoenix Clan Champion, who saw a great deal of potential in the young girl, and the Soul of Shiba has demonstrably agreed.
With so much of the Phoenix Clan’s leadership lost, Umeko has had to take more responsibility upon herself than any previous champion, but is quickly proving herself up to the task.
Her quiet courtesy has won over all but the most intransigent Isawa, and the other families appreciate the enlightened approach she takes to resolving conflict.
