Setsuo is a man of about average height (5’6”) and slender build, with the roguish good looks for which Scorpion men are infamous. His skin has a slightly tanned cast to it and his eyes seem perpetually closed or half-closed. He is never without a fan or tessen in his right hand, and a close observer will notice that he favors his left for most actions. Unlike most Scorpion he does not wear a mask, though he does wear clear military markings showing his position in the 3rd Scorpion Legion. You should not trust a word that comes out of this man’s mouth.
