Toturi XI

Biography

The former Toturi Shin-Zhu was never intended or groomed for lofty imperial status. A little awkward compared to his father, he shows very little hint of being a competent statesman, and his prowess with the blade is not yet honed. Still, he is the son of heaven, and there is still a certain level of regality to his walk and step, if only because of the elegant clothing he wears and the everpresent regalia of guards and courtiers that shadow nearly his every step.
