Bayushi Ieshige

Bayushi Ieshige, Champion of the Scorpion:

One of the most decorated military leaders of the Scorpion, Ieshige has seen action against the Lion, Crane, and Unicorn. He distinguished himself in his first campaign by ambushing the Lion’s Pride and nearly wiping out the entire elite unit, proving his ability to stand on his own at a young age.

He is, however, rarely seen in court, preferring to leave political maneuverings to his twin sister Itsuki, who acts as the Bayushi family daimyo and serves as a more elegant face for the clan. On those rare occasions he does appear in court, Ieshige wears his battle scarred mempo to remind the rest of the Empire that the Scorpion are a military threat best not trifled with.
