Ujina Hei

Biography

A former emerald magistrate, Hei is well known and well liked within Otosan Uchi. Said to have never lost a fleeing criminal, his speed made him an excellent tool for the magistrates. He retired his sash three years ago to take the position, but because of his Champion’s eccentricities he is often still seen in the Imperial City, or in the primary holdings of other clans when they need to be spoken to.
